Diagnostics are free. A fee applies only if your laptop needs full disassembly to diagnose, usually around $50, and it's waived if you proceed with the repair.
Turnaround Time
Standard repairs (screens, batteries, keyboards, RAM/SSD) are done in 1 to 2 business days. Logic board and water damage repairs can take up to a week, depending on parts.
Warranty
Parts are covered by a 1 year warranty. Labour on every repair is guaranteed for 90 days.
