How It Started
I got into computers because I was fascinated by the internet, how fast it was growing, and the sheer number of solutions websites and technology were starting to give people. That fascination turned into a habit of helping friends and family with their computer problems, and eventually into PS Technology.
Twenty-five years later, that's still what I enjoy most: taking something someone is frustrated with and making it work again. I take real pride in providing quality support to people who are struggling with technology, especially the customers who don't consider themselves "tech people" and just want someone honest to explain what's actually wrong.
